7. Dizziness
Dizziness is a secondary high blood pressure symptom. However, contrary to the common understanding that high blood pressure can cause dizziness and nausea, it is actually the pharmaceutical drug treatment that gives someone this sensation. When certain medical drugs are taken to treat high blood pressure, some may have a feeling that the whole room is turning around or spinning.
