Chest pain is one of the most dangerous signs and symptoms of high blood pressure. It should be treated and considered as a medical emergency. It is very important to keep this in mind, especially if you are already diagnosed with high blood pressure. You should not ignore or overlook any chest pain no matter how mild or severe it is. Chest pain from high blood pressure can lead to fatal conditions such as heart attack and stroke.
