7. Muscle Weakness
As mentioned before, hernias occur when an organ or fatty tissue escape the muscle wall and create a bulge in the skin. Due to the breach of the muscle wall you may experience some muscle weakness depending on where the affected area is. The pressure that is placed on the surrounding muscle wall can also cause you to feel weak and tired. When hernias move they can make it increasingly difficult to use the affected muscle groups. Additionally, the pain associated with severe hernias can leave you feeling weak as well.
