7. Muscle Weakness

Due to the breach of the muscle wall you may experience some muscle weakness depending on where the affected area is. The pressure that is placed on the surrounding muscle wall can also cause you to feel weak and tired. When hernias move they can make it increasingly difficult to use the affected muscle groups.
