6. Nervous System Confusion
The nervous system in your body is very complex and is made up of over seven trillion nerves. Because there are nerves all over our body it is easy to see how hernias can potentially affect a bundle of nerves. This in turn can create a domino effect. If one bundle of nerves is affected due to the pressure of the bulge it can cause other nerves in that chain to also feel the pain or pressure caused. Therefore, just because your groin is the original affected area you can potentially experience pain somewhere totally different such as your foot or your back.
