6. Nausea and Vomiting
Another sign of heart attack is nausea. Nausea is described as a feeling of an uncomfortable urge to puke or vomit. Vomiting is usually the body’s response and defense mechanism to eliminate toxic and uncommon substances inside the body by forcefully throwing it out from the stomach to the mouth or sometimes through the nasal passages as well.
Nausea is also common during pregnancy and in some gastrointestinal disorders. Though nausea is not considered a fatal condition, it may indicate that a person is suffering from extreme pain such as a heart attack. Visit your doctor if you are nauseous to determine heart attack early and avoid fatal ones.
