10. Fatigue
Fatigue is a general condition that is characterized by extreme tiredness or lack of energy without any known or obvious reason. Proper rest and sleep are the usual recovery approaches to fatigue. People who are experiencing fatigue due to erythema infectiosum may often encounter muscle pain and body aches as well that can get worse by performing different physical activities.
The most common causes of fatigue are stressful environments, heavy workload, jet lag, lack of sleep, and serious medical conditions such as anemia, diabetes, and other heart diseases. Since fatigue is only a result of an underlying condition, there is no specific treatment to it other than that of the primary cause.
