2. Abdominal Pain
Along with diarrhea, abdominal pain is also a symptom of C. diff infection. Our body reacts and gives out clues or hints that something is not right with its functions such as when a harmful element has entered the system. The most common example would be eating or drinking contaminated food or liquid that leads to abdominal pain.
Most patients with C. diff usually complain of discomfort and mild to intense pain around the abdominal region. This symptom is characterized by cramps with slight discomfort to severe stomachaches. If you are encountering abdominal pain or cramps without any known cause such menstruation and regular irritable bowel movement, it is best to consult your doctor for possible C. diff.
