9. Cannot Stand for Long
Most of us will spend most of our day standing. We walk or stand most of the time at work or even when at home. While this can get very tiring after some time, most of us are able to manage just fine. However, for people with chronic fatigue syndrome, standing up straight even for a minute can be hard.
One symptom that’s commonly found in people who have chronic fatigue syndrome is known as orthostatic intolerance. This condition manifests itself as having the urge to lie down after standing for even a short time. It happens because of the lack of blood that flows through the head, so the person will have to lay down for the brain to receive the blood that it needs.
