7. Dizziness
Another chronic fatigue symptom is dizziness. As humans, we are capable of walking upright without having to think about it. We have an extraordinary sense of balance, which allows us to walk, run, or jump without falling over. On the contrary, people with chronic fatigue syndrome can has a dysfunctional sense of balance, which makes them feel dizzy often.
Dizziness can be a problem as this could affect a person’s ability to walk. In most cases, this symptom will eventually go away after getting some rest. But sometimes, it can get very severe and debilitating. In this case, various medications can remedy the dizziness and minimize the risk of falling off when walking or running.
