2. Redness of Skin
Deep vein thrombosis during the early stages of a blood clot in the leg may be characterized by having red spots or a much darker bruise-like shade on the affected skin compared to the surrounding areas. The redness may scatter if appropriate medications and proper consultation with a doctor is neglected.
There are a lot of reasons why one can experience redness of the skin. It can be due to injuries and medical surgeries. However, if you experience redness of skin longer than usual regardless of the cause, it is best to pay attention to it, monitor the redness, and consult a physician right away.
