2. Dizziness and Headaches
Two of the other signs of anemia are headaches and dizziness. Having headaches and dizziness as symptoms are not quite as common as some of the others. You may also experience some form of lightheadedness. When you body does not have enough iron, your hemoglobin levels are low. This means your brain may not be getting enough oxygen.
This will lead to a swelling of the blood vessels in your brain. This causes headaches and pressure.
Hence, if you are experiencing frequent headaches or if they are occurring on a regular basis, it may be a symptom of iron-deficient anemia.
