9. Is IF Difficult To Maintain?
The trouble with most healthy eating programs is the difficulty of maintenance. We have to plan our meals, go get the food, prepare and package it for meal preps, and then clean up afterwards. Most people get discouraged after a week or two of all that and skip the whole thing. It’s easier to grab a sandwich or order out.
IF only means two meals to think about, prep for, and clean up afterward. There are no snacks to buy. You won’t be buying sodas from the machine at work. Maintaining this small portion of your days will be easier, quicker, and ultimately more satisfying.
