On the other hand, lots of people can’t get into celery sticks, rice cakes, or apples. We need a comfortable median.
Carbs sit in the bloodstream and cause trouble for the blood sugar and the fat cells. Avoid a lot of bread, pasta, rice, and potatoes. Eat a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds, and absolutely no processed foods.
