10. Soft Drinks
A new 2019 study by Cancer Council Victoria and the University of Melbourne found that one soft drink every day could cause your cancer risk to increase. It is mainly due to the added sugar you are putting in your body. It is also a growing trend where people are drinking more soft drinks due to its low price. Studies show people can drink up to 18 sugary drinks a day!
Simple Tips
Drink more water instead of soft drinks. It is helpful to not stock up sodas and sugary drinks at home where you can just open up the fridge and grab one. Do not switch over the diet drinks as artificial sweeteners are not good for your body’s natural metabolic processes. Disrupting it could end up in you storing up more fat than burning it.
