9. Dehydration
Dehydration is an adverse state of the body wherein there is no enough liquid present for it to function normally. People who do not drink enough water per day may be at risk of dehydration, as well as those who excessively consume diuretics such as coffee and tea.
During extreme dehydration, very low blood pressure can also be observed followed by an inadequate supply of oxygen to the brain that results in dizziness. Some other signs and symptoms may tell you if you are dehydrated. It includes abnormally yellow or dark urine, headache, and fatigue.
