6. Migraines
Migraine is another usual reason for dizziness. It is a medical condition that is often overlooked and misdiagnosed due to it displaying the same signs and symptoms as other illnesses or disorders. It is also mistakenly noted as a sinus headache or any other regular headaches.
Migraines are described as extreme and intense headaches that are usually accompanied by pounding and beating pain in the head, vomiting, lightheadedness, and dizziness. There are different simple ways to alleviate the discomfort and pain of migraines. The most common remedies a patient may do at home is to apply hot packs in some areas of the head or taking a nice warm bath.
