10. Meniere’s Disease
Meniere’s disease is a disorder in the canals of the inner ear that leads to vertigo and hearing impairment. It has been around and is medically noted for years; however, the cause is still unknown.
Patients who have’s disease often describe a lot of factors that trigger the attack such as stress, emotional issues, fatigue, change in pressure such as driving or being in a flight, and excessive consumption of salt. It is important to know that Meniere’s disease cannot be healed but its symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, and ringing in the ear can easily be minimized.
