5. Allergies
There are a lot of allergy types that have a huge impact on the functions of our body, especially with our respiratory system. Though these are not considered a direct cause, having allergies may result and branch out to different reactions that may lead to nosebleeds. Most allergies display a symptom of having a runny nose.
When this happens, people who are suffering from the allergy may blow their nose excessively to alleviate the discomfort, which may then lead to a nosebleed. Another allergy symptom that may cause a nosebleed is having an extremely itchy nose. People suffering from this tend to scratch the nose for a long time to ease the itchy sensation.
