6. Nausea and Vomiting
Two of the most common yet non-specific symptoms of blood infection are nausea and vomiting. It is characterized by having the need to throw up components of the stomach. There are a lot of circumstances that may result in these such as dehydration, travel sickness, pregnancy, menstruation, and excessive alcohol consumption.
Although nausea and vomiting are not usually treated as serious or dangerous symptoms, it is important to know that they may suggest a critical illness such as blood infection. If the cause of your nausea and vomiting is unknown, it is advisable to check with your health provider for laboratory examinations that may identify its cause.
