2. Chills
Another common symptom of blood infection that is related to body temperature is experiencing chills or shivers. Unlike fever, chills are characterized by having cold sensations regardless of the actual body temperature. Most of the time, people who are encountering shivers or chills also have high body temperature or fever.
Chills in general are not dangerous or harmful; however, it may be an indication that something is severely wrong in the body. You may ease this symptom by drinking lots of water, having ample amounts of sleep or rest, and taking a sponge bath with warm water.
