Most medical professionals often emphasize the importance of being stress-free in one’s health. It is because stress triggers a lot of illnesses including most autoimmune diseases. When your body is stressed, some or all of its functions are disrupted resulting in harmful changes such as inflammation, tension, and even changes in your bowel movement.
Stress may be challenging to avoid given that it may arise from home, work, or even in daily tasks but it is also easy to address by doing simple breathing exercises, eating healthy foods, and getting an adequate amount of rest.
