4. Vomiting Endlessly
Vomiting is the next symptom you would experience and it is a telling sign of a stomach flu. Unfortunately, you are likely to vomit more than once. Even after you feel like you have thrown everything up, you would run to the bathroom and throw up even more. It may get to a point when you will eventually be dry heaving.
Hopefully by this time you are seeing a doctor or at the hospital. Most stomach flu cases will simply be sent home with a prescription and be told to rest and recuperate. However, depending on the extent of their vomiting, some people may require an IV treatment and be admitted due to extreme dehydration.
