Here are the 10 signs and symptoms of stomach flu you need to know.

1. Painful Headache

One of the first signs of an onset of stomach flu is a bad headache. Most people would take pain relievers to relieve the pain. However, they would come to realise that the pain relievers would not help them. Their headache may instead worsened.

If you feel a painful headache coming on and does not go away even after you have had a pain reliever, it is simply a sign that it is not the occasional headache and could be a symptom of a stomach flu. Seek medical help as soon as possible.

Instead of pain reliever, you can try to ease your pain by placing cold ice packs on the back of your neck and front of the forehead.
