3. Sensation of Stuck Food
Our gastrointestinal tract runs through the mouth, esophagus, stomach, intestines, and anus. As food and drinks tend to pass through this tract normally, we often do not feel anything painful or uncomfortable when eating or drinking. However, someone who is suffering from oral thrush may notice a difference in this. Therefore, one of the signs and symptom of oral thrush is having a sensation of food stuck in your throat.
Those who have oral candidiasis may feel a blockage in their food pipe or an obstruction around the chest even if there is nothing in there. This is because of the excess yeast present in the walls of these tracts. Proper oral hygiene may prevent this disease as well as the symptoms attached to it.
