10. MRSA Pneumonia

When a patient has MRSA, he can develop a secondary condition known as MRSA Pneumonia. This will make the patient experience symptoms that are common in general pneumonia, which include coughing, fever, shortness of breath, and chest pain.

MRSA pneumonia may also manifest some other symptoms, such as vomiting, nausea, low body temperature, confusion, and fatigue. This condition can also lead to coughing with pus or phlegm. If left untreated, MRSA Pneumonia can lead to necrosis. This refers to a condition where most of the cells in an organ or tissue will die. This is a dangerous condition which can be fatal.
