9. Low Fever
Low fever is also a chlamydia symptom in women. When the patient suffers from low fever along with the other symptoms mentioned, there is a good chance that the infection is extremely potent. According to some medical studies, women are the only ones who will experience fever when they are infected with chlamydia. Also, if the patient’s immunity has drastically decreased, it is another sign that there is a presence of bacterium.
The fever will not usually escalate but sometimes, it can be recurring. Although there is really nothing to worry about with a low fever, it is important to observe the patient’s condition. Women with chlamydia who developed fever may eventually suffer from the worst symptoms.
