7. Ulcerative Colitis

The most common symptom of ulcerative colitis is blood in the stool. This condition occurs when small ulcers or wounds develop in any part of the colon. Same as Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis is an inflammatory illness in the digestive system. In most cases, it is associated with mild to extreme pain in the abdominal area.

Both Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis do not have a cure when acquired, mostly known as autoimmune diseases. However, symptoms can be controlled and managed. The most common effects of this disease are tiredness, stomachaches, rapid weight loss, and blood in the stool.
