8. Red Spots
It is not an uncommon knowledge that health manifests through the largest organ in our body, the skin. When something is wrong with our health, it usually shows superficially. The most common example of this is having blemishes or acne for people whose hormones are not balanced as well as bruises for those who are anemic.
People who suffer from blood infections may sometimes notice red spots all over their skin. In more severe cases, the spots may progress and appear bigger. If you are noticing red spots on your skin or bruise-like blotches, it may mean that something is not right with your overall health and immediate medical attention is needed.
