Nerve disease (Diabetic Neuropathy)

Abnormally high blood pressure and blood glucose levels can damage nerves all over the body, causing problems with erectile functioning and digestion, the extremities and the feet. Damage to the nerves in these areas is also termed Peripheral Neuropathy. It causes tingling, pain and numbness, causing infections and amputations. The risk of amputation of limbs is very high here. However, it can be controlled with a widespread management program.

Preventative steps
Keep your blood sugar levels normal, take good care of your feet and eat a nutritious diet.
