Ketchup is a favorite condiment of us and we take it all the time. It seems like it is a salt based condiment but in fact it has ALOT of sugar. Furthermore, it is processed and contains many unhealthy ingredients in it. Having ketchup is only going to increase your blood sugars. Cut the ketchup completely from your diabetic diet and you will see your blood sugar levels stabilise sooner rather than later.
