35 adults were chosen to undergo 3 months of supplementation and aerobic exercise training after being divided into groups of 20 and 15 participants respectively. Both the forearm blood flow and responses to intra-arterial infusion of endothelin-1 before and after each intervention, were utilized as measures. Vasoconstriction to endothelin-1 increased similarly - about two-fold - in response to both interventions.
