Curtail the condiments


Use less toppings, sauces, or mayonnaise. Toppings such as ketchup have crazy amounts of sugar that will instantly increase your blood sugar levels. Get your flavor with tomatoes mustard, lettuce, and onion. Request your sandwich or burger without the cheese. Instead, choose grilled or broiled sandwiches with meats such as roast beef cut, turkey, chicken breast, or trim ham.
