A Scrumptious Salad Selection


How about salad stops? Decide on the salad bar instead of your usual fried food chains and fill your salad with things like celery, peppers, onion, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, and other vegetables. Toss on a few sunflower seeds to give some nutritious fats and add lean proteins like grilled chicken breast, beans or chick peas. Beware of potato as well as macaroni salads that are made with a lot of mayo.
