Steps:

Combine the egg whites, water and black pepper in a bowl and whisk it. |

Thinly slice the spinach and cut the tomatoes into half. Take the spinach, tomatoes and cheddar and mix in another bowl. |

Coat a frying pan with cooking spray and preheat the pan for 1 minute. |

Pour your egg whites and cook it for a couple of minutes till the bottom is lightly brown. |
5. |
Sprinkle the vegetable fillings on the omelette and cook another 2 minutes. Serve immediately! |
