Yolkless Omelette With Spinach and Tomatoes



Steps:

1.
Combine the egg whites, water and black pepper in a bowl and whisk it.
2.

Thinly slice the spinach and cut the tomatoes into half. Take the spinach, tomatoes and cheddar and mix in another bowl.
3.

Coat a frying pan with cooking spray and preheat the pan for 1 minute.
4.

Pour your egg whites and cook it for a couple of minutes till the bottom is lightly brown.
5.

Sprinkle the vegetable fillings on the omelette and cook another 2 minutes. Serve immediately!
