Parmesan Baked Salmon


Our final featured diabetic recipe is parmesan baked salmon. Salmon is probably among the top 5 foods you should regularly have if you have diabetes. Fish is high in protein and has many nutrients that can fight off diabetes.


Ingredients

2 slices of fresh salmon (1-2 inches thick)

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 tablespoon of fresh chives or green onions

2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese
