Yolkless Omelette With Spinach and Tomatoes


A simple but healthy recipe with our favorite omelette dish without the extra fat and cholestrol. This is a good choice for diabetics especially for breakfast to start your day healthy.


Ingredients

4 egg whites

2 teaspoons of black pepper

1 cup of spinach (sliced)

5 cherry tomatoes

1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon of water
