Steps:

Make the dressing by putting the tofu, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper and water into a blender. |

Tear the lettuce and cut the tomatoes. You can always add in any fresh vegetables that you prefer. |

Add the dressing to the vegetables in a large bowl and slowly drizzle in olive oil. Mix well. |

Sprinkle your salad with parmesan cheese and it is ready to be SERVED! |
