Balsamic Chicken Fillet


This recipe is one of the best for diabetics as it is high in protein and low in fat. It is also simple to prepare and it makes a great lunch or dinner. The balsamic vinegar in this recipe is fantastic in helping you with your blood glucose levels.


Ingredients

4 chicken breasts (skinless and boneless)

1 tablespoon of paprika and olive oil

1/2 teaspoon fresh rosemary

2 cloves of garlic

1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Nonstick cooking spray

1/4 cup of water

3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
