How to Get Started

If you feel really unfit and have not done any exercise or workouts for a long time, it is best to start pacing yourself by just taking brisk walks or short jogs. It is best to start doing your jogs three to four times a week consistently. You can always ask a friend or family member to accompany you when you exercise to keep the momentum going!

Within weeks, you will realise that your body is getting fitter and healthier just by jogging or brisk walking. You can then move on to slightly heavier exercise routines.
