Frappuccino or Blended Coffees

Hot summer days simply break the momentum to refuse a cold comforting cup of blended coffee. While your body appreciates your tremendous effort in resisting the temptations on other days and your heart telling you to let lose, be reminded that a 16-ounce standard Starbucks Frappuccino drizzled with syrup and whipped cream amounts to 500 calories, 100g of carbs and 10g of fat. This is sufficient to skyrocket your blood sugar levels rendering all your previous efforts a waste.

Tip: If you really have to, order the a 12 oz, skip the whip cream, ask for a skinny, finally no or low syrup. That would keep your frap under 200 calories.
