Potatoes are known to cause blood sugar levels to go sky high as they are easily digested into your blood. You can still eat them but please ensure moderation in your potato intake. To be safe, cook them healthily by using olive oil or adding them into salads. Avoid frying them or even mash potatoes. Remember to NOT eat processed potato based foods such as french fries!
Tip: Make potato salad with greens if you want to have potatoes.
