Low blood sugar

Insulin can cause a drop in blood sugar that can be detrimental to one’s health. When will this happen? It happens when you failed to monitor your blood sugar daily, or before you have your injection, hypoglycemia occurs or low blood sugar. Hence, taking a finger-stick-blood sugar before injecting the insulin is necessary to have just the right of dose.
