Recipe:
Ingredients: 1 bitter melon, 2 celery sticks, 1 medium sized apple, a cucumber and lemon.
To prepare the bitter melon, slice the it in half along its length and remove the seeds and white flesh with a spoon. Wash all ingredients thoroughly and blend them together in a juice blender. If needed, add 1 teaspoon of raw honey or molasses.
Recommended: A cup of juice on an empty stomach every morning.
