Worst: Fruit Juice

Studies show that taking whole fruits prevented diabetes risks by 26% and taking fruit juice increase the risk of diabetes by 8%. So why is it that taking the juice is bad for diabetics? The processing of fruit juice removes the dietary fiber and many other nutrients eating a whole fruit would give you.

You are essentially just drinking the sugar by fruits while dumping the healthy benefits from them. Liquids are also absorbed much faster by our body as compared as solids, hence having juice will impact glucose and insulin response much faster.
