The Paleo Diet harks back to our caveman days when people only ate what they found in Nature--meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds. This means that you need to eliminate all modern day foods from your diet, such as processed food, junk food and sugar-based confectionaries, which also happens to be the cause of diabetes.
