Losing Sleep Regularly? It Could Adversely Affect Body Weight and Metabolism

Nothing is more satisfying than a sound and peaceful sleep. However, our hectic lifestyles often prevent us from indulging in this very necessary activity, which adversely impacts the health and eventually wreaks havoc on our system. A recently presented research study at ENDO 2015, the annual meeting of the Endocrine Society in San Diego, CA, has stated that even a 30-minute sleep deprivation can hamper body weight and metabolism.
