Dandelion Leaves

Besides magnesium, you will need plenty of vitamins and dandelion leaves have an ENORMOUS amount of vitamin A and C. They help repair damaged tissues and clear toxins in your blood. Studies also found that dandelion leaves have anti-inflammatory properties. You can make them into a salad or brew tea. Both are easy and convenient to make.

Tip: Do a salad of dandelion leaves, cherries and olive oil!
