Other fruits like pomegranate, grapefruit and amla is said to help with blood sugar control.
Fresh fruits can be taken during breakfast, as dessert after meals or as a snack. However, make sure that you do not overconsume fruits. Fruits should be taken regularly but in the right amounts. Consult a doctor or a nutritionist to find out the ideal amount of fruits suited for your condition.
