6th Step – You have to exercise at least 6 days, every week and should perform resistance exercise for 3 days each week and a day of cardiovascular exercise in between them
7th Step – Whenever you hit the gym, remember that you have to train your entire body, starting from the toes to the neck and shoulders
8th Step – Walking is a great way to boost metabolism and stamina and needs to be done on the days during which you do not lift weights or perform cardiovascular exercises.
