2. Limited Range

Another early sign of torn rotator cuff is limited range. The joints of the shoulder help us to perform a wide range of movements that involve our shoulders. Such flexibility gave us numerous advantages and is one of the reasons why humans have become dominant species on Earth. Thanks to our joints, we are able to move our arms with ease, but if you have a torn rotator cuff, the movement can be limited.

If your rotator cuff is damaged, then you will find it even more difficult to move your arms at full range. You can still move them, however, your movement will be restricted since you cannot stretch them at the same level as before. If you notice this symptom, then it would be best to get your arms checked.
